Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the partyshikari.com team has obtained on special occasions like Diwali, New year, Republic day, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • Cancellation requests are not possible for perishable items like Cakes, Flowers, and Eatable once it is shipped from our ware house or Vendor place.
  • In case if there is any discrepancy in the product received and product displayed in the website or Product Damaged during shipping, User has to call our customer care within 24 hours and our decision panel would help to get the refund or replacement if there is valid reason.

 

Refund Policy When you buy our products, your purchase is covered by our 9-days money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund ( T & C Apply). We are selling branded and quality products in our portal and we guarantee that products will meet up to the expectation.

To request a refund, please contact us with your purchase details within 9 days of your purchase. Please include your order number mentioned in the automated invoice received during the time of purchase and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
